The Evangel Youth posing with former Professional Wrestler Steve Storm. Keith did an excellent job sharing his testimony; it was both encouranging and challenging for them.

The Facts about The Nightmare Production in Marshfield, WI

  • The Nightmare is in its ninth year at Believers Church.
  • 12,000 to 15,000 people go through each year.
  • Last year people from over 20 states attended.
  • As of last year, 100,000 people have gone through.
  • Every performance requires between 200 and 300 people in the cast and crew.

What’s the purpose of The Nightmare Production?

The Nightmare was an awesome experience. It opens your eyes to what the real purpose in life is, it shows you how bad sin is, and how Jesus came to save you. This was my 4th year going to the Nightmare production and it is still as powerful as ever! Seeing Jesus on the cross at the end was very moving for me. The nightmare production is all about this life and the choices we make. The most important choice is choosing to live for God. All the Youth all had a great time, I know they would all give it a good report. They don’t even mind standing in line for 2 hours, because they have a chance to joke around and get to know each other. It’s really a time of friendship building. It’s without a doubt the most life-changing event that we attend.

"I think most people just think it’s a haunted house. I don’t think they realize it’s about God until the end when they see Jesus on the cross."

Special thanks to:
