"My message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power" (1 Cor. 2:4). Welcome to the College and Career Group here at Evangel Worship Center. Our group is called Kerygma, which means Message in Greek. We want tell everyone the good news about Jesus. Just like it says in Acts 5:20, "Go, stand and speak to the people in the temple the whole message of this life." We hope that you will come and be a part of what God is doing in our "college aged" group. It is our desire at Evangel that you will enter in to all that God has for you. We meet every Thursday night from 6:30-8:00. We often go to a local restaurant after the meeting for an extended time to hang out together. Please come out and enjoy a night of fellowship, worship, a message from the Word of God and of course FUN!!! If you are looking for a place to grow in God and are passionate about pursuing His desire for your life, then we invite you to check out Kerygma. The Young Adult Ministry is led by Pastor Scott Kimball.
